Skyline Treks reveals a fresh trek to Jhakripani Myagdi. In the month of July 2017, our Trek Leaders were away looking into trails. Well, one of them has found a way to a glorious encounter. Dhiraj's explorations in the western region has left us with a healthy passion to leave our office and soar up towards Myagdi promptly. This September, we are revealing an untried trekking trail to Jhakripani. It is Skyline Treks first endeavor into the very fresh and unexplored western region of Jhakripani. The place name "Jhakripani" is the merger of two words, Jhakri (Exorcist) and Pani (Water).
This place has a maxim that is widely accepted by the locals,in former times there was an exorcist endured with thirst of water and through his voodoo he had procreated water and got quench of his intense thirst. Upon that, no more drought in the region and the locals are gaining merit. The charming Jhakripani is available at an elevation of 2,300 meters and the trekking trails goes through a host of dense forests,viewing the snow-capped mountains and cascading waterfalls.
Jhakripani has a large sundry settlement of Magar, Thakali,Brahmans, Chhetri and Newars in which the entire valley is hook up by their own ritual culture and tradition. Stony houses,serene forests with chirping of birds and organic foods product of the local like Millet,potatoes,carrot and buckwheat is at all the times welcoming to the visitors. The main feat of trek to Jhakripani is to observe "Fire grant" festival in September and during this merrymaking the entire people of Tharpu village will completely indulge in joviality. With mind reeling of the charm of the forest trails, trekkers can easily reach out the 2,300 meters summit and they will bowl over! they could sight all the major summits of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayas.
Trekkers could not only see most of the trail that they will hike but right on the horizon is Churen Himal, Gurja Himal, Manapathi, Mt. Nilgiri and Machapuchhere (Fish tailed) and even some of the small peaks over 4,500 meters. If to experience the newly open trekking trail to Jhakripani then it is a must-do for anyone without trekking or hiking experience. Jhakripani has easy access from Kathmandu so as to approach Beni tracking of 282 KM.
After Beni more 30 KM be left to reach out for Jhakripani, it takes 2 days through hiking to make the final point up to Jhakripani or One can have a choice of vehicle ride Instead of hiking for 2 day to hold out at saturated hill station.

Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu and transfer to the Hotel
Day 02: Kathmandu to pokhara
Day 03: Pokhara to Beni and commence trek to Tharpu village
Day 04: Tharpu village to Jhakripani
Day 05: Acclimatization day
Day 06: Jhakripani to Beni and drive back to Pokhara
Day 07: Return back to Kathmandu and rest of the time for shopping
Day 08: Final Departure to Airport
